We are seeking a Field Sales Engineer to support , one of our largest and fastest-growing data center clients. This is a high-visibility, senior sales role requiring strong technical expertise, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to drive growth in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Location : Santa Clara, CA
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to Clientmanaging relationships and driving new design wins.
- Collaborate with Clients engineering teams to understand technical requirements and deliver the right interconnect solutions.
- Partner with internal teams (Product Management, Engineering, Operations) to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new growth opportunities, develop account strategies, and execute against revenue and sales targets.
- Represent Amphenol in technical and commercial discussions, ensuring alignment betweenclients' needs and internal capabilities.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, influencing product roadmaps and internal priorities to capture market share.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical sales, field applications engineering, or business development within connectors, semiconductors, or related hardware industries.Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams; connector experience is a plus but not required.Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building, account management, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
