Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and monitor medications and perform dressing changes to ensure patient comfort and recovery.
• Supervise nursing assistants, leading a dedicated team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Identify and address patient care challenges, finding effective solutions to enhance the care plan.
• Administer intravenous medications and fluids and maintain care for intravenous lines in patients.
