General Purpose : The Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition will drive the development and day to day execution of the recruitment team, supporting our Supply Chain and Distribution Centers. This role is responsible for driving excellence in talent acquisition by fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Corporate Talent Acquisition department is dedicated to identifying and hiring the right talent efficiently to meet business needs.

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper / files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements : Ability to see information in print and / or electronically. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and / or feedback. This role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.

Supervisory Responsibilities include the management of a team of full-time recruiters. Team includes but not limited to : Recruiters.
