Location : Williams County, OH | Salary : Starting at $80,000+

We're partnering with a rapidly growing construction company in Greater Fort Wayne that's seeking a Senior Accountant to support leadership during an exciting phase of expansion. This role will combine core accounting responsibilities with project-based cost analysis to help drive smart financial decisions across active jobs.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage month-end and year-end close

Reconcile general ledger and project accounts

Perform job cost analysis and assist with budget tracking

Analyze financial statements and support forecasting

Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership

What You Bring :

2+ years of accounting experience (construction or project-based industry preferred)

Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

Knowledge of cost accounting , job costing, or WIP reporting is a plus

CPA preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting required
