Video Editor Job at Vendetta Sports Media in Las Vegas

Vendetta Media was created to bring real sports journalism to real sports fans. If you’re tired of the same old stuff from mainstream sports outlets, we offer a different approach. What You Will Do :

As a Video Editor and Creator for Vendetta Sports Media, you will help with editing videos. We do a variety of different video content including Fantasy Football talks, video games, sports trivia, and podcasts. As a video editing intern, you will help post-produce the work by adding things like our logo into the video. We also encourage you to make your own types of videos through our platform, which can include but is not limited to interviews, video games, and podcasts. While your primary work will be editing videos, you are also encouraged to try other aspects of journalism, such as podcasting and writing.

Note : Must have familiarity or previous background with video editing skills and programs.

Learning Objective : While you are with Vendetta Sports Media, we want you to learn how to edit videos efficiently and create consistent content. We aim to push you to be creative with your own journalistic style of video production and to learn how to coordinate with other team members effectively.

Qualifications :

• Ambitious candidates who are able to self-start articles or projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Works well with others.
• Keen sense of grammar, language, and spelling.
• Able to promote the Vendetta Sports Media work of yourself and others on social media.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing English, Journalism, Mass Media, or a similar field.

Recommended Skills :

Familiarity with WordPress and understanding / learning of SEO optimization.
