Licensed Mental Health Clinician (Part Time)

Mindful Holistics is seeking a reliable, experienced, licensed psychotherapist (mental health clinician) to join this established and growing holistic based practice.

The position is for 14-24 hours hours per week with the potential to increase hours over an 8 month period. Pay is $55 per billable hour.

• Clinician has access to the physical office on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (all day), and 4pm - 7pm on Monday and Wednesday. This may change over the next several months.
• Responsibilities

Meet with patients in person, in the office in Epping on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate.

Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary.

The Clinician is responsible for establishing clear treatment goals and clinically appropriate recommendations for treatment and interventions

Qualifications

Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited institution

State licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC) or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or clinical psychologist (PsyD or PhD) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT).

Strong Knowledge and understanding of various mental health disorders

Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual therapy

Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team of professionals.

Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely documentation and other deliverables required for the role

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and technology-driven services, is preferred. Therapy Notes preferred but not required.

A commitment to ongoing professional development and demonstrated experience in providing culturally responsive clinical services to clients from diverse backgrounds

Experience working with adolescents is preferred but not required.

Experience providing mindfulness, movement, and / or art based therapy is preferred but not required.

Consistent and reliable pay :

Get paid for your billable hours with a flat rate, regardless of if we have been paid by the insurance company or not. This means you don't have to wait weeks to a month for it to come through. You also will be on a W2 so you will not have to calculate your own taxes at the end of the year and there will be no guess work with your pay.
