This position reports to Sales Manager.
Your role and responsibilities :
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities. The work model for the role is : onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business. You will be mainly accountable for : Sales support for all GA Account Managers Create detailed submittals and other customer facing documents Enter and manage small projects Track and expedite Orders Analyze Drawings and Specs to field quote Projects of all sizes through Empower Review and Hand off large projects to the project team Assist with change orders and revised submittals for large projects Create Opportunities through Sales Force.com (SFDC) Submit RFQs through SFDC SFDC Past Due Clean Out Answer customer product questions Submit and Monitor Warranty / Damaged Goods cases Handle credit workflows for project issues Offer ABB Sales Tool Empower assistance for co-workers and customers
