Project Manager

Summary / Objective :

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to oversee and lead a range of IT projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the execution of IT projects, ensuring the successful completion of all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop project plans (i.e. collect & evaluate requirements, schedule, budget, resource allocation, define milestones, create project artifacts, etc.)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to report project status, identify risks, and coordinate solutions.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes.
• Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) to deliver projects effectively.
• Ensure all project documentation, including schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, are accurate and up to date.
• Proactively manage project risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of business goals and ensure IT projects align with overall organizational strategy.
• Oversee project budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both a technical and user-friendly language as well as write comprehensive documentation.
• Comply with the established policies (General, Security of Information, Compliance) and Standards of conduct established by KM2. Your duties will include but not be restricted to the above.
• Other responsibilities or duties as assigned by direct supervisor.

Education / Experience / Credentials :

• Bachelor's Degree in related Information Technology, Business / Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• 3 - 5+ years of related experience in IT project management
• Experience managing software development, infrastructure, and / or cybersecurity projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with BPO industry is a plus
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and software development.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, Monday.com, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00 / yr.

PTO policy for executives is an unlimited PTO policy.
