Guest Services Representative

As a Guest Services Representative at Valleywise Health, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes every patient and visitor, creating a warm and positive first impression from the moment they arrive. Reporting to the Manager of Volunteer & Guest Services, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each guest feels supported, valued, and guided throughout their visit. From providing directions and answering questions to resolving concerns with care and professionalism, you’ll help create a smooth and uplifting experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact through exceptional customer service.

Hourly Pay Rate : $16.22 - $23.92

Qualifications

Education :

Requires a high school diploma or GED.

Associate's degree preferred.

Experience :

Must have a minimum of one (1) year of customer service-related experience that demonstrates an understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Prefer experience in a healthcare environment.

Specialized Training :

Spanish Bilingual Associate Certification is strongly preferred.

Certification / Licensure :

HeartSaver or CPR certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Requires basic PC experience in a Windows environment including the ability to use the internet and learn internal company software.

Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing including knowledge of basic grammar, spelling & punctuation.

Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.

Time management skills are a must.

Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Creativity, independent thinking, and problem-solving skills are strongly preferred.

Flexibility to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.
