Neonatologist ' Community Level III NICU
Job Description :
- Provide clinical care in a 32-bed community Level III NICU (average daily census : 12 newborns).
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists in surgery, cardiology, gastroenterology, and ENT to manage complex cases.
- Participate in newborn service, including direct patient care and family counseling.
- Support facility status as a California Children's Services-designated hospital and engage in quality improvement programs, such as participation in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative.
- Work within a collegial team focused on maintaining a positive work / life balance.
- Engage with hospital staff and administration to uphold and advance neonatal care standards.
- Permanent, full-time position; local residency required. Relocation may be necessary.
