About this role

The Industrial Engineer will drive process improvement activities to achieve significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee development. Develop expertise in engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards, and coach employees in CI, Quality Assurance, & Lean principles. Apply company methodologies, including product slotting, labor standards, layouts, flow optimization, data analysis, and resource modeling to enhance distribution and transportation operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support Ace Values : Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork.
• Develop advanced competency in engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards.
• Coach employees in Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, & Lean principles.
• Apply methodologies such as product slotting, labor standards, layouts, data profiling, and resource modeling to improve operations.
• Provide regular data reports to measure progress against site objectives.
• Make inventory and supply chain strategy recommendations.
• Work on complex problems requiring data analysis and evaluation of factors.
• Use good judgment in selecting methods for solutions.
• Establish and implement performance measures.
• Collaborate with site leadership on assessing critical needs.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement plans addressing top business needs.

Compensation : $70,700 to $85,000
