Elite Flooring is a leading floor covering contractor head-quartered in Atlanta, GA with regional offices in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Florida. The company sells and services, national and regional Home Builders, Commercial & General Contractors, Multi-Family apartment communities among other account types with a track record of proven success since 1996.

Assignment Focus : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bid Coordinator to support our bid management process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, preparing, and submitting bids and proposals for flooring projects within our Builder Division. The Bid Coordinator will work closely with our sales and estimating teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions. Proficiency in Excel and experience in estimating are essential for this role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review take-offs prepared by estimating for accuracy
• Prepare and organize bid documents including proposals, bid packages, and related materials
• Coordinate bid activities and deadlines ensuring that all requirements are met and submissions are completed on time
• Maintain accurate records of bid documents, correspondence, and project related information
• Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on bid strategies and requirements
• Communicate with supply chain and dispatch teams to obtain pricing and necessary information for bid submissions
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the bid management process, implementing best practices and tools as needed
