The Role

Consulting-level, highly technical professional. Expert knowledge of a specialty or professional field and strong business acumen. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Works on the most complex and unique issues requiring in-depth evaluation to generate solutions to business problems. Exercises significant latitude in determining and executing objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Acts independently toward general results. Devises methods, modifies or adapts standard procedures to meet different situations. Contributes to the establishment of the organization's strategic goals.

The Main Responsibilities

• Enhances the alignment between business processes and information technology
• Responsible for actively resolving day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes-dissecting problems and suggesting solutions
• Includes complex systems process analysis, design and simulation
• Understands technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment
• Suggests plans to integrate new and existing processes
• Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process engineering related activities
• Develops the business unit process engineering plan and integrates plan with corporate plan
• Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions
• Identifies processes for improvement
• Documents existing processes
• Identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired stated
• Designs new processes
• Develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process
• Provides counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. Typically 10+ years related experience. 8+ years related experience with Masters degree. Ph.D. preferred.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges : $129,639 - $172,852 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $136,121 - $181,494 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $142,603 - $190,137 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
