Clinical Services Supervisor – Assisted Living (Michigan)

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Director of Clinical Services to join our leadership team at our assisted living community. This role is perfect for a nurse who values meaningful connections, teamwork, and making a difference in the daily lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do :

Lead and support our team of resident assistant and med techs to provide exceptional, person-centered care.

Oversee all aspects of resident health and wellness, including assessments, care planning, and ongoing clinical oversight.

Ensure compliance with Michigan LARA regulations and company policies.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff through open communication and trust.

Foster a supportive environment that encourages professional growth, teamwork, and compassion.

Monitor quality of care, participate in safety initiatives, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

What We’re Looking For :

A Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Michigan (required).

At least 3 years of nursing experience , including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar setting.

A caring leader who values teamwork, integrity, and respect.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule : Full-time, primarily Monday–Friday with some on-call flexibility.
