Were hiring a full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative to help support and grow our client base. In this role, youll provide high-level service, build client relationships, and identify opportunities to offer additional protection. This position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule with the flexibility to work from home.

  • Base Salary starting at $48,000
  • Commission and bonuses average a year $27,000+
  • Medical stipend : $3,000 annually
  • Estimated first-year total compensation : $78,000+

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and care
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Process policy updates, changes, and endorsements
  • Schedule client appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain clear, timely, and positive communication
  • Requirements

  • Property and Casualty license
  • Previous insurance experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a team-first attitude
