A .NET developer should be able to design, code, test, new and existing applications using core software engineering principles. In addition, candidate must have a history of leading their team in workflow, project management, design, code review, and the overall technical lead of the development team.

Technical Skills :

• Design and develop code using object orientated principles and design standards.
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with object orientated software development and the overall development domain including : languages, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Develop and implement standards for coding discipline, testing, and software maintainability.
• Evaluate, estimate, and prioritize system enhancement requests.
• Maintain the development source control repositories.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies in order to provide recommendations for future technology strategies.
• Support production by leading efforts to troubleshoot production issues.
