Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of their academic discipline, great interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the educational experience of students by providing academic assistance during instructional time.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the professor in planning and delivering instructional content for the given lecture or lab.
• Provide supplemental instruction to students in either a one-on-one setting or a small group study sessions, as determined by the course instructor.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in all settings by promoting active participation and engagement among students.
• Assess and grade assignments according to established criteria, providing constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
