Admin Support - Forensic Unit #5

GRHS is seeking candidates for the position of Admin Support - Forensic Unit #5 - Day Shift (7 : 00 a.m. 3 : 30 p.m.). This position's duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Manage staff timecards and the Kronos timekeeping system for all Department staff.
• Maintain Agency staff time sheets and fax them weekly to the Agency and GRHS Nursing Administration.
• Maintain personnel and competency files as well as the unit staff Training Roster spreadsheet to ensure Department employees remain current on all training requirements.
• Order supplies and maintain reports as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the unit manager and Nurse Manager.

Qualifications - External High school diploma or GED AND Two years of general office or administrative experience. Preferred Qualifications - External High school diploma / GED and two (2) years of general office or administrative experience.
