A company is looking for a Content Manager to oversee sponsor communications and content operations for large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external sponsors
Develop strategic communication plans and create resource materials for events
Analyze performance data to inform future strategies and maintain high-volume communications
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in event content management, particularly with technical or enterprise-level events
Expertise in customer service platforms like Zendesk and email marketing tools such as Email Builder
Strong proficiency in HTML for email development and data management systems like Airtable
Experience managing communications for 250+ sponsors across multiple concurrent events
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain quick turnaround times
