Head Of Search Ads 360

Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain. Minimum qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team. Preferred qualifications : Experience providing product and domain expertise and lead end-to-end responsibilities for product area related client projects for one or multiple customers to increase product adoption. Experience in search engine marketing (SEM) and the technology of SEM platforms, and SA360. Ability to identify client's biggest challenges to define customer and product strategy, enabling longer-term opportunities. Ability to directly lead and manage a team of specialists, developing the teams' product knowledge to grow Google's product adoption. Ability to develop and drive business plans for pods or product areas, supporting business planning, and identify areas to support the Director's overall strategy.

The Performance Strategy team is the link between product and sales at Google. Our mission is to drive business outcomes for our customers and revenue growth for Google with performance marketing strategies that utilize Google's AI. We are passionate about all things Performance and AI and are actively shaping the ever-changing world of digital advertising. As the Head of Search Ads 360 for the Consumer, Government and Entertainment (CG&E) sector, you will lead and coach Account Representatives to use consultative skills to transform our clients' digital marketing efforts. Your goal is to help our customers grow their businesses using marketing technology, and you'll partner directly with pods, agencies and clients to work towards business growth goals. In particular, you will bring a consultative approach to selling performance solutions using the Search Ads 360 product. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities : Lead and manage a team of SA360 ARs within the Consumer, Government and Entertainment sector. Develop executive-level relationships with clients and agencies, and partner with cross-functional sales and product teams. Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic sales plans, and influence stakeholders internally and externally to adopt critical products and grow their SA360 revenue and usage. Collaborate with gTech to drive Search maturity, revenue and key product usage, and set up and deliver advanced data integration projects for some of our biggest performance advertisers. Lead initiatives and drive core cross-functional projects.
