Associate Attorney (Full Time) – Family Law
Herrig, Vogt & Hensley, LLP is a well-respected mid-size practice known for its expertise in several distinct areas of law, including Family Law. The firm is seeking a dedicated, empathetic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its Granite Bay team. Family Law is an exciting area of practice, associated closely with direct client interaction, court appearances and a fast pace. The role involves litigation concerning support, property division, custody of children, and other matters related to the termination of marital status.
Responsibilities will include :
- Manage a full and active caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and domestic violence.
- Provide legal counsel to clients and advocate for their best interests in negotiations, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with paralegals and other associates to ensure quality service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications Required :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the State of California.Good Standing with the California State Bar Association.A passionate desire to represent clients during stressful family matters.A commitment to a compassionate and empathetic approach.Excellent legal research and writing abilities.Ability to manage a caseload independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Job Type : Full-Time
Salary : Base salary for qualified candidates will be set to $100,000, with potential increases based on experience.
