Job descriptionEvaluate and treat patients referred for occupational therapy services. Develop and implement individualized treatment programs under physician direction. Document progress, communicate with patients and families, and adjust plans as needed. Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Aides. Participate in care planning, case management, and interdisciplinary meetings. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current state OT license Current CPR certification Six months of long-term care experience preferred, not required Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays (after 90 days) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Short- and long-term disability insurance Life and AD&D insurance 401(k) plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Occupational Therapist (OT) – New Graduates Welcome
Pay : $45.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced clinician, you’ll find a supportive environment designed to help you succeed.
The OT is responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and helping individuals improve daily function and independence. You’ll collaborate with physicians, COTAs, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
