The OT is responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and helping individuals improve daily function and independence. You’ll collaborate with physicians, COTAs, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients referred for occupational therapy services.Develop and implement individualized treatment programs under physician direction.Document progress, communicate with patients and families, and adjust plans as needed.Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Aides.Participate in care planning, case management, and interdisciplinary meetings.Qualifications
Education :
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programLicensure / Certification :
Current state OT licenseCurrent CPR certificationExperience :
Six months of long-term care experience preferred, not requiredBenefits
