A large company is seeking an experienced Director of HR to oversee a small HR team and lead all organizational HR functions. This role requires strong experience with unions labor laws and pensions. Spanish fluency is a plus.
Responsibilities Include :
Overseeing and leading the HR team
Managing employee relations and compliance with labor laws
Handling union-related matters
Overseeing pensions benefits and HR operations
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Supporting leadership with strategic HR needs
Ideal Qualifications :
HR leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of unions labor laws and pensions
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead a team effectively
Spanish speaking a plus
Salary : $100k - $110k / Year
