Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting requiring 4 years of experience and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient physical therapy department
  • Day shifts with 5x8 hour schedule, provider may pick preferred hours between 7 : 00 and 18 : 00 but must be available until 18 : 00 on two days per week
  • No weekend or on-call requirements
  • Main responsibilities include providing direct patient care and developing treatment plans for outpatient clients
  • Modules to be completed pre-start, approximately 4 hours
  • Maximum of 5 days of requested time off and no more than one holiday during the contract

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required
  • Current state license required if applicable
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Pending licenses are not accepted
  • First-time travelers are not accepted
  • Candidates must not have been employed by the client facility within the past year
  • Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility
