Fort Wayne, Indiana, Emergency Medicine Physician Job (Willing to License) Clinical Role :

• Providers Needed : 4
• Perm Position Only (no locums to perm considered)
• Full Time : 1752 hours annually
• Patients volume : 10,000 - 23,000 average patient volume / year
• Patient population / age : all ages
• Practice Setting : Hospital
• Fellowship trained : Preferred, not required
• Minimum experience required : 3 - 5 years experience in emergency medicine
• Ideal candidates must be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
• Physician will provide specialized medical treatment according to patient needs within community hospital emergency departments
• Physician will manage multiple patients both with serious and non-serious illnesses and injuries including heart attacks, stroke, motor vehicle accidents, severe infections, and pneumonia
• Perform assessments, diagnostic procedures, and medical treatments as needed to resuscitate or stabilize patients, and refer them to the appropriate medical departments
• DEA - Required
• Board Certified - Required
