Business Process Specialist I (BPS)

Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist I (BPS). Responsibilities include ensuring business process functionality is properly utilized in business unit locations and providing on and off-site support to those locations; supporting the evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives in a defined business unit or business process, and assisting in the development in the delivery or training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization.

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $67,100 - $85,800 / Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
