Marketing Assistant - Hands-on experience in multi-million-dollar national campaigns (Hiring Immediately)

Job Overview :

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Marketing Department, which drives success for multi-million-dollar home services businesses nationwide. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing, from coordinating marketing requests and managing financial processes to assisting with data entry and planning team events and outings. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing Department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team.
• Marketing Coordination : Respond to and coordinate the distribution of marketing-related requests for information and materials.
• Travel Coordination : Assist and coordinate travel and accommodations for various leaders within the marketing department.
• New Marketing Employee set up : Coordinate with IT and HR to ensure new marketing employees are set up with laptops, email and more.
• Data Cleanup and Validation : Perform data cleanup and validation tasks to maintain accuracy and integrity of marketing data and results.
• Payment Processing : Ensure all marketing invoices are properly accounted for, accurate, and paid across all applicable brands in a timely manner.
• Report Preparation and Data Management : Prepare reports, conduct data entry, and gather requested marketing materials; create presentations as needed to support marketing initiatives.
• Supply Inventory Management : Maintain department supply inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying the receipt of supplies.
• Event Planning and Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating marketing-related activities, events, and outings, including logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support to ensure successful execution.
• Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing team and overall company objectives.
