Job Title : Reltio MDM Solution Architect

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) to lead architecture, design, and implementation for an enterprise-scale Customer Master 2.0 program. The architect will define the end-to-end solution leveraging Reltio MDM, ensuring seamless integration across ERP, CRM, DWH, and the Customer Portal with real-time synchronization and advanced address validation (Loqate / Melissa) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture

• Lead the architecture and design of Reltio-based Customer Master Data Management solution, covering Customer, Contact, and Address domains.
• Define the canonical data model , match / merge & survivorship logic , and trust framework for creation of golden records.
• Architect the integration layer across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CRM, Snowflake, and legacy ERPs ensuring real-time data synchronization.
• Design and oversee Reltio workflow configurations , data quality rules , and governance models .
• Define and implement address validation , enrichment, and geocoding processes leveraging Loqate, Melissa , or equivalent APIs integrated within Reltio.
