This engaging and dynamic job requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and in-person customer support. Your primary objective as a Residential Outbound Sales And First Impression Specialist is to assist customers coming into the storefront, which will require a deep understanding of our plans and processes to assist new and existing customers. You'll also be expected to make outbound lead sales calls to gain new customers. Don't worry! We'll train you! This understanding will enable you to tailor each conversation to suit each customer's unique requirements and ensure their exceptional experience. Your day-to-day activities will involve helping walk-in customers and making outbound sales calls while actively listening and proactively addressing any concerns they may have. Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the conversation is crucial, establishing rapport with customers to build trust and walk them through signing up with ALLO Fiber. Furthermore, your success in this role will rely on your ability to meet or exceed your outbound sales targets with opportunities from various sources. This requires a proactive mindset, effective time management, and strong negotiation skills. Additionally, you'll often collaborate with several other teams within the company to assist our customers. You'll be sharing best practices and participating in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your product knowledge and sales acumen.
