Are you a retired or semi-retired sales professional who still loves meeting people and solving customer problems? We are seeking an experienced industrial sales rep to represent our line of commercial-grade cleaning equipment.

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and performance-based income and is ideal for a former corporate sales executive or territory rep with experience in industrial or mechanical equipment sales .

Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with BCE equipment solutions.
  • Attend industry events, visit customer sites, or connect remotely as preferred.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to process quotes and follow up on leads.
  • Represent the BCE brand with professionalism and integrity.

  • 15+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial, mechanical, or commercial equipment).
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and close consultative sales.
  • Self-starter who thrives with independence and flexible structure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable using phone, email, or in-person networking to generate business.
  • Desire to stay active in business without a full-time commitment.
