PM background basic Project management (end to end) Experience with Confluence or Wiki experience Education : Bachelors degree in related field preferred

Title - Business Analyst II
Duration - 3 Month - possible extension or conversion
Location - San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities :
- Manage product backlog, customer tickets, build dashboards.
- Optimizing and building workflows on Monday.com
- Work with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results
- Help set up a wiki platform
