Endless Access VP of Growth – UAE

Location : Remote within the Abu Dhabi, UAE region; relocation support available

Contract type : Full-time employment (UAE); relocation support may be available

Travel : 35-50%

Our game‑making learning community transforms students into digital creators through peer‑to‑peer mentorship. We’ve proven the model works with thousands of learners. Now we need to scale it to millions across the Global South.

The skills gap in the Global South is massive. There are three billion people under the age of 25 who need to be trained for the AI‑driven tech workforce, and schools don’t know how to keep up. We’ve solved the product challenge by harnessing the engagement of game‑making, the multidisciplinary nature of games, and the power of community with peer learning to deliver an education that gets better with scale. Now we need someone who can solve the distribution challenge. We have partnered with entities that can scale this to entire countries, but we need an ambitious strategy for growth and a steward for these and new partnerships.

The Role

As Chief Growth Officer, you’ll deliver a life‑changing learning opportunity into the hands of millions. You’re the operational driver of our learning community expansion, responsible for transforming our provable model into a global movement.

You’ll scale our learning community to new partners and communities, while securing the funding to make it happen. Your job is to build and manage the right partnerships that fit our model, pressure‑test the model in the field, and bring in the capital to sustain rapid growth.

You’ll be a strong voice on the leadership team to drive strategy for partnerships, funding, device distribution, and go‑to‑market motions. You’ll partner with our Learning Experience, Device Access, Technology, and Marketing teams to build the momentum for scale.

This role is for someone who has already scaled edtech or social enterprise in the Global South, moves with urgency, builds while flying, and is relentless about getting products into users’ hands.

What Success Looks Like

  • Learner reach: Hit organizational learner targets, with a clear monthly ramp and country‑by‑country forecast.
  • Funding secured: Annual commitments from foundations, strategic partners, and/or impact investors sufficient to finance plan‑on‑a‑page growth.
  • Evidence to funders: Basic efficacy proof (lightweight studies, partner data packs) that underwrite renewals and new grants.

What You’ll Lead

Partnerships (reach)

  • Design and refine partnership strategy reaching 100,000+ learners across multiple Global South markets.
  • Source, evaluate, and close delivery partners (edu institutions, NGOs, gov programs) using our existing partnership model and criteria.
  • Own the pipeline from lead → signed agreement → live program; remove blockers and standardize repeatable motions.
  • Ensure partner enablement (toolkit, SLAs, reporting) and quality of delivery; capture feedback to validate and refine the model in market.

Funding (fuel)

  • Build and convert a rolling 12–18-month funding and revenue acquisition pipeline (grants, strategic co‑funding, impact investors, program service revenue) tied to country plans.
  • Lead high‑stakes proposals and renewal cycles; maintain senior relationships with program officers and strategic sponsors.
  • Package proof points (reach, cost‑per‑learner, outcomes) that make funding decisions easy.

Execution & reporting

  • Run a crisp growth cadence: pipeline reviews, forecast, risks, and countermeasures; dashboard that leadership can act on weekly.
  • Coordinate tightly with Learning, Devices/Distribution, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver signed commitments on time and budget.

Functional leadership

  • Report to the CEO; partner with Chief Commercial Officer and VPs of Learning Experience, Engineering, and Product to ensure delivery against goals.
  • Manage and build the Growth team.

What You Bring

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in partnerships, fundraising, or growth for edtech/social enterprise or international development, with Global South execution.
  • Track record closing multi-partner portfolios and securing millions in cumulative funding via grants/strategic partnerships.
  • Comfort operating in low‑connectivity, resource‑constrained contexts; bias for action and iteration.
  • Deep understanding of how digital learning scales in low‑connectivity, resource‑constrained contexts.
  • You’ve scaled a product from thousands to 1,000,000+ users in digital learning or related sectors.
  • Significant experience scaling operations in MENA, South Asia, Latin America, or Sub‑Saharan Africa; you’ve lived or worked extensively in these markets.
