Job descriptionBuild and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning Analyze product margins, pricing, ad performance, and channel profitability Track and report on sales performance across stores, marketplaces, and e-commerce Support inventory forecasting, purchasing decisions, and cost optimization Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards for executive review Assist with reconciliations, variance analysis, and KPI reporting Collaborate with store managers, buyers, and marketing to identify opportunities and risks Help improve processes for reporting, planning, and decision-making 24 years of experience in a finance, FP&A, or business analyst role Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.) Experience with QuickBooks Online, Lightspeed, or marketplace data tools is a plus Excellent attention to detail and ability to distill large data sets into key insights Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG industries preferred Passion for sports, trading cards, or collectibles is a bonus Join a fast-growing company in an exciting, enthusiast-driven industry Get exposure to every aspect of the businessfrom finance to operations to product Direct access to leadership and opportunity to make a real impact Competitive salary, health benefits, and growth potential
