Position Summary : The Service Manager is responsible for running service department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing a team of Service Advisors, Support Staff & Technicians to deliver a world class experience for customer base
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction objectives achieved in line with OEM targets
- Ensure Service Retention metrics are achieved in line with OEM targets
- Ensure budget is achieved or exceeded with regards to financial performance metrics
- Maintain warranty compliance
- Workshop Capacity Planning
- Ensure alternative transportation available
- Help maintain workshop tools and equipment
- Help forge and maintain relationships with customer base
- Devise and maintain marketing strategies
- Review competitor pricing to ensure effective labor rates are maintained
- Human Resource management
- Compile a variety of ledgers and documents to report financial progress to ownership
Qualifications :
