Salary : $20 hourly

4esthetics Lounge in Lexington, KY is hiring! Join our growing medical aesthetics practice! We are seeking a medical assistant to join our growing team!

Hours : Full-time up to 40 hours per week with 2 evenings per week, 2 Satrudays per month

Pay scale : starting at $20 per hour, depending on experience

Role requirements : Primary responsibilities to be able to perform this role successfully, it is expected that you should possess or be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

• Support the efficiency of providers : blood draws, procedure setup, take / monitor vital signs when required, procedure room set up and cleaning
• Customer experience : smooth & timely check-in and check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with daily clinic upkeep- sweep / trash / stocking of supplies

Key areas of responsibilities : motivated, timeliness, dependability, daily workflow, patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, willingness to take on additional responsibilities, adherence to core values and mission of the practice

Qualifications / Experience : Medical Assistant / CNA, BLS certified, phlebotomy certified, HIPAA compliant

Knowledge : Patient care in clinical setting preferred, customer service experience preferred, 1 year of medical aesthetic experience preferred

Personal attributes : highly motivted, critical thinker, prioritizes, kind, patient, calm, confidence, takes initiative, flexibility, works well in fast-paced enviornment
