The Case Manager is responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of Lemon Law claims from client intake through settlement. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills. You’ll work closely with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure cases move efficiently through the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a law firm, preferably in Lemon Law, personal injury, or consumer protection.
• Preferred experience managing a high-volume caseload and client communication in a plaintiffs’ firm.
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Korean required.
