General Purpose : The company seeks an intellectually curious and self-motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join the high-performing Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A") team, responsible for driving long-term growth and financial results through forecasting, long-term planning, reporting, and strategic analysis to drive insights for the Finance department and Senior Leadership at Ross Stores. The ideal candidate must have strong financial modeling experience, be highly motivated, demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, is capable of taking initiative and driving for results, and have the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Physical Requirements / ADA : Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper / files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements : Ability to see information in print and / or electronically. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and / or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
