A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case inception to verdict

Gather and organize documents, evidence, and conduct legal research for cases

Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the state bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Experience in litigation or related legal practice

Familiarity with insurance law and regulations

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
