Summary : Responsible for the overall success and operations of Capriotti's Restaurant location. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position. Benefits include vacation & sick paid time off, 401k with employer match, and an Employee Discount Program.

Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned :

General / Compliance :

• Responsible for ensuring staff compliance with government regulations, company policies, and Capriotti's procedures.
• Completes University of CAPRIOTTIS courses as directed.
• May be required to cover the shifts of other managers and employees and respond to emergency calls when not scheduled to work.
