Position summary :

Communicate standards of excellence in the daily work assignments of assigned team, in order to meet safe production as outlined by management. Standards should be communicated through stated goals, daily interaction, team meetings, provide input on employee performance evaluations, and recommend disciplinary actions. Leadperson is responsible for operations in the secondary plant.

Working conditions :

Larger equipment is typically air conditioned. There will be times when outside assignments may require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs.
