Role Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive, continuous healthcare for individuals and families spanning all ages-from children to seniors.
  • Address chronic diseases, preventive medicine, acute health issues, and mental health challenges using a patient-centered approach.
  • Perform routine physical examinations, analyze diagnostic data, and craft individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to deliver holistic patient care.
  • Engage in quality improvement projects that boost patient outcomes and drive organizational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and current patient documentation using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Deliver care both in-person and through telemedicine to meet diverse patient preferences and needs.
Education Requirements
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
  • Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine recognized by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Certifications
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Eligible for or currently possess an active medical license in North Carolina.
  • Preferred certifications in BLS and ACLS.
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated diagnostic and clinical abilities, emphasizing preventive and proactive healthcare.
  • Familiarity with value-based care models and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technologically adept, with experience in EMRs and telehealth solutions.
