Travel Occupational Therapist - SNF & Rehab | Near Waco, TX

Location : Near Waco, Texas

Contract : 13 Weeks | Critical Access Facility

Shift : Day Shift, 5x8s (40 hours / week)

Compensation : $2,300 per week

Connected Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist to join a respected Critical Access facility near Waco, TX. This assignment offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in both Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and rehab settings , while enjoying a stable schedule and competitive weekly pay.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in SNF and rehab environments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient independence and quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and comply with facility standards and state regulations.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans and progress.
