A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Manager to ensure successful onboarding for new customers transitioning to their solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and customize customer onboarding experiences to maximize utilization and satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and customer success

Train and mentor new team members on product expertise and onboarding best practices

Required Qualifications

BA / BS / BE degree required

Exceptional customer relationship-building skills

Demonstrable leadership skills and ability to influence decision-making

SaaS experience and / or legal experience desired

Experience with AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
