Job description$25 - $35 hourly pay (not flat rate) steady guaranteed 40 hours every week Monthly Bonus potential of up to $400.00 per month Stable full-time schedule (MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM) - great work / life balance Full benefits health generous paid time off matching 401(k) dental life disability etc. No upselling or overbilling we fix cars right and stand by our work Modern well-equipped shop with updated diagnostic tools and digital inspections Training Ongoing reimbursement for all re-certs and fresh certs Established company 36 years in business solid reputation expanding operations Handle a mix of jobs from brake and suspension work to drivability issues Repair replace engines transmissions and differentials (no rebuilds) Perform accurate test drives and repair verification Maintain a safe organized and professional workspace Work alongside a supportive shop foreman and an experienced tech team

Requirements for Automotive Technician / Mechanic
- 10 years of proven automotive repair experience (dealership national service chain or independent)
- Root cause analysis and systematic troubleshootinginstead of parts swapping
- Ability to diagnose complex intermittentfaults (electrical electronic or mechanical)
- Advanced understanding of vehicle electronics CAN bus systems
- Ability to interpretand test electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
- Ability to R&R timing chain / water pump assemblies effectively efficientlyand with minimal oversight.
