Job Description :

Role Scope / Deliverables :

• 7 10 years of experience in business analysis of Customer Experience (ERP MRP APS).
• Strong knowledge of CX and Service Domain
• Experience with ERP integration SQL and BI tools (Power BI ).
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (Databricks AWS ).
• Superb communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Proven ability to work in Agile teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
