Job Description
The Real Estate Coach position is a W-2 part-time outside sales role focused on lead generation and new client acquisition in the real estate industry. This is strictly a sales position, designed for highly motivated individuals who excel in building relationships and expanding business opportunities. With the potential to advance into a full-time Partnership Executive role, this position offers flexibility and significant earning potential.
As a Real Estate Coach, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients who can benefit from Fusion's partnership model. You will work remotely in a part-time capacity with the option to transition into a full-time role as the business grows. Candidates should be passionate about sales, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and have a desire to advance both personally and professionally within the company.

After excelling in the Real Estate Coach position, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time coaching through Fusion's Partnership Executive role. This position involves managing Fusion's real estate business relationships, ensuring the success of our partners, and potentially advancing to a Vice President role.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new clients, focusing on small businesses and real estate agents.
Utilize your expertise to present and promote Fusion's business growth services to potential partners.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals through consistent outreach and relationship building.
Identify and qualify prospective partners, structuring partnership agreements as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends to effectively position Fusion's offerings.
Represent Fusion Growth Partners' values and mission while building and expanding the business.
Optionally continue selling real estate alongside part-time duties until the Real Estate Coach is able to transition into full-time employment.

Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a successful track record.

Compensation & Benefits
