Senior Software Developer Applications

E-logic seeks a Senior Software Developer to function as a technical expert leading the development of mission-critical HR and Payroll software for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC) . This role oversees staff and complex development assignments.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and design the development and customization of complex application software solutions.
• Evaluate development results and recommend major architectural changes affecting project success.
• Function as a technical expert in software design principles secure coding and modern development practices.
• Oversee the efforts of less senior development staff.
