THE JOB : As a window treatment installer you will assist the lead installer as you learn the trade of window treatment installation. We expect you to overcommunicate with the other installers, sales and support teams. We also expect you to be self-motivated staying abreast of new product offerings and product upgrades.

WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS : You are part of a two man team with an installation vehicle that will have all the major tools needed to effectively install products. You will be responsible for personal tools.

THE BENEFITS : You have a choice. We have a 1099 / contractor agreement if you prefer to work independently. If you are looking for benefits, we also have an employee program with hourly and bonus compensation. is a base salary plus commission. We pay for half of your medical insurance and have access to dental and vision on other insurance plans.

YOURE ALREADY LIVING IN OUR NEAR INDIAN RIVER COUNTY

YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE INSTALLING WITH POWER TOOLS

BE ABLE TO LIFT 25 POUNDS

MEASURE OVERHEAD WHILE ON A 6-FOOT LADDER

PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE ACCEPTED BY OUR INSURANCE CARRIER.

PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR :

Experience with window coverings including drapery is helpful

Fluent English with excellent writing skills

Computer and tech skills (PC, iPad, etc.)
