Ground Floor Sales Opportunity – SDR / BDR

OTE : $110K+ First Year | Base $40K–$50K + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for a driven, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in a ground-floor role with a clear path to leadership . If you've got the competitive mindset of an athlete, the persistence of a coach, or experience in any performance-based field, this is your chance to build a six-figure career in your first year

What You'll Do :

Own and grow a defined territory of B2B clients
Prospect, connect, and meet directly with business owners and decision-makers
Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Track pipeline, activity, and results in the CRM
Work a hybrid schedule : in-person sales + remote follow-up / admin

What You'll Need :

1–3+ years in sales, athletics, coaching, or other performance-driven roles

Competitive mindset with high energy and a people-first approach

Strong communication, follow-up, and time management skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
