Staff Nurse : LPN and RN

Full Time or Part Time | Evenings and Nights

Pay Rates Starting at $30 / hr

Job Title : LPN and RN

Status : Part Time

Shift : Nights

Salary Range : LPN rates starting at $30 / hr , RN rates starting at $36.50 / hr PLUS shift differentials that include $2 for evenings, $1.50 for Nights, and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?

As an LPN / RN, supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities :

Administer medication, provide treatments and perform general nursing duties

Supervise and support C.N.A's

Assess resident care needs, implement appropriate action

Assist with other responsibilities as needed

What do I need for this role with Garden Spot?

Current and valid LPN or RN license in PA

Strong judgement and leadership skills

Organizational skills and do sequential events.

Initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills.

Ability to work congenially with others and delegate wisely.

Ability to teach skills necessary to the appropriate completion and documentation of necessary information.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact and respond appropriately to resident, families, physician and all other visitors / customers on the unit.
